What is ThinkTags?
ThinkTags works through Facebook to allow you to show appreciation or admiration for a friend or colleague. Tag their photo and their face will appear in the ThinkTags album with the multitude of amazingly creative minds also on Facebook. While doing this you are also supporting a great cause and by donating just $10, you can put a teaching manual in the hands of a teacher.

What is ThinkQuest New York City?
TQNYC is a not-for-profit that brings creative hands-on technology projects to at-risk New York City students. By learning these 21st Century skills, students boost their self-esteem, collaborate on ideas and projects, and learn how to think for themselves. Aren't these attributes that you and your amazingly intelligent friends already possess?

Awesome! How Do I Get Started?

In order to begin playing you need to add "ThinkTags" as a friend on Facebook. If you think your friends would like "Think Tag" as well, suggest it as a friend for them.

PLAY TAG
Now that you have added “ThinkTags,” find a picture of a friend you appreciate or admire. Once you identify this person, tag their image as "ThinkTags" and then be sure to add a comment and http://thinktags.org to the picture. Comments can be thoughtful or something as simple as, “ThinkTag you’re it.” Now, find another deserving friend and do it again.

GIVE
Make a donation to ThinkQuest NYC in honor of the people you think are amazing. Acknowledge that these amazing people were fortunate enough to have a balanced education, mentors and opportunities to become successful.

$10 puts the Coach's Manual in the hands of a teacher. $150 covers one student's participation for a year. $500 pays for an after-school workshop for teachers and students. $1,000 to sponsor a Saturday Teacher Training for 25 teachers. $5,000 to sponsor an after-school program for one school.
